Planning to buy a residential unit for own stay in cbj. Currently staying in neighbour town which is Putrajaya. Any project to recommend? Budget around 500k. Residential title is a must. Don't like commercial title even it is cheap & located at strategic location. Don't want to pay higher utility bills.

I’ve stayed in Cyberjaya before. Long time ago.

Soon going to move to Cyberjaya again.

I’ve stayed here in 2002 during my studies. That time this place got nothing. Not much places to hangout. Only got streetmall, Cyberia and MMU. Now got many things already.

I like Cyberjaya because it has great potential compare to others in Malaysia. I believe this place will become a great city. Plus not far from my working place which is KLIA.

It happens almost everywhere in Malaysia including the place that I am staying now (Putrajaya and Putra Heights). I believe it just a temporary due to current economy.

They even have their own group now happily want to come and stay in cyber. So gomen tactic now like last time using dbkl. Now use developer built prima for people. You see Bandar Baru sentul now all High End Kondo tower. No place already for miskin people and mid income. So mid income now shift to border from KL with abundant rrady supply or ongoing. Investment is long term la. Short term sure die lor.
