Unfortunately,
... is kind of confirm and inescapable.

Question is:

Can the pricier Steering Rack End Sub-Assy (PN 45503) on the Left be salvaged and reused.......
by replacing ONLY the cheaper price Cylinder End Stopper (PN 44275) ?

IDK, and would like to know.

Note: I don't think LHS tie rod end (PN 45046 or is it PN 45047?) requires replacement, but who knows in your case.
*
44275 can reuse, just need to change 45503 as other parts not moving except the 45503 joint.

As for 45046/47, again need to disconnect and then use hand to wiggle it only know. If very loose the needs to be changed.

So far online both parts about rm200 for brand 555. labor probably rm80. then I need to redo alignment. Minimum about rm300 to rm330.

Probably won't change now, very minimal wear now. Anyway I still feel 45046/47 tie rod worn only, not the 45503 rack end. Need to go my fren workshop and self open the wheel and joint to check.

that day had a chance to drive a bone stock avanza 2007 1.5, what a terrible ride it has, bounce none stop at the rear.
So i cukur already change my father car to KYB rs ultra all around, yes the car ride stiffer, but at least after bump it settle down, wont bounce 2 or 3 times like stock shock absorber.

I had the same feeling...hhaah..until I dizzy each time after driving. Now RS ultra the best for me, even 2nd gen Avanza I feel suspension too soft. I might change wife shocks to RS later if she upgrade to the new avanza...hahaha

Time for tyre change again. Prices gone up a lot since 2019 that time Dunlop J5 195/60R15 rm165. Now cheapest near me, J6 rm183. J5 phase out replaced by J6. Other tyres either cost more or no such size or bad tyres. Bridgestone EP150/300 bad grip, Hankook eco2 heard bad grip, Yokohama expensive, Goodyear triplemax 2 expensive and lower treadwear then Dunlop, Toyo CR1 bad grip and Conti CC6 bad grip. Seems no better choice cheap and good other then Dunlop J6. This J6 hard to find. No idea why when it's local made.

Bought tie rod 555 online rm94 set. Saw brand like Saiko, GMB, TRW slightly cheaper but not sure on quality.

It seem like lack of stopping power, rotor very fast wear out, average 60,000 - 80,000KM, brambo pad, previous 2nd set rotor, drill and slotted, changing my 3rd set rotor to solid disc.

Maybe I drive like uncle because I am uncle. Mine 11 years and 100kkm+ later I think I changed the pads before but rotors not yet. but I do feel the rotors seem a bit warpped nowadays. Rear pads got change before.

Maybe ask the spare part shop why your rotor makan so fast. Maybe the pads not suitable.

You using rotor that is not good and possible brake pads too. Also, tyres what brand n model u using? absorbers looked like RS ultra?

All these contribute to braking power.

Rotor have many qualities, last time when I change my hilux, I personally seen the good and low quality type aftermarket. I seen Taiwan and Japan made. The Japan made was better, brand is called SHOJI.

SHOJI Shopee

Also, suggest you service the piston at brake caliper, looking real dirty at the piston. Think your pad creating too much dust.

i think u dont need slot n drill rotor. as long ventilated type.
solid type is rear brake use only. it will overheat ur brake fluid very much
