You using rotor that is not good and possible brake pads too. Also, tyres what brand n model u using? absorbers looked like RS ultra?

All these contribute to braking power.

Rotor have many qualities, last time when I change my hilux, I personally seen the good and low quality type aftermarket. I seen Taiwan and Japan made. The Japan made was better, brand is called SHOJI.

SHOJI Shopee

Also, suggest you service the piston at brake caliper, looking real dirty at the piston. Think your pad creating too much dust.

good example. shoji is ventilated type

Not sure kayaba updated info or not. I check shopee none.

pull up hand brek. how many click can full stop. i prefer 3 clicks.
over 3 = begin wear off.

std car is front bias (stronger) until you step a lot. EBD system only increase rear bias when it detect u carry heavvy behind.
i seldom carry stuff. so increase rear bias = balance.

Found any easy way to determine tie rod worn. turn the wheel to left. then stick your hand in hold the tie rod and twist it up n down. if it moves freely. ball joint on tie rod ko. I compared to my wife 2nd gen avanza 25k km. Hers was crazy tight. Need strength to twist it up n down. Mine barely need any strength. Like no resistance.

Also i check kayaba excel g for 2nd gen avanza front. rm145 each. rm290 per pair dealer sm mechanical jln ipoh. Then i check shopee. cheapest rm254. Will just change absorber only since 25k km only..so other rubber parts still ok. 4 yrs old car. lol. Really disappointed no rs ultra for it. Today i sat into driver side straight car rock. lol. Total ko.

Steering boot cover, buying misuko made in japan Rm10 each part number RP-3005. Toyota part number 45535-BZ010.

Many sellers selling toyota part but different shape. Also make sure the end lip at bigger side got as big lip else ring clamp may come off.Steering Boot Misuko

Later will go to car to check the boot length and shape to ensure it matches.

Your 2nd gen avanza is f602 year 06-09 right? Mine is also the same year and I bought my kyb rs ultra from this store. Also left a review on the product. https://s.lazada.com.my/s.3hqE7

The kyb rs ultra really feels different than normal

2nd gen is F651, F652, F653 and F654, yr 2013 onwards. But careful as some parts cannot fit F653 and F654.

RS ultra is definitely good, but now I bought Excel G, no other choice. So that means every 20k to 25k km need to change. Ok, since wife very low mileage so will last another 4yrs or so....hahahah...

I am not changing the top mount, next change only do it.
