Lower floor finish quite fast but below 50 is good enough. Also below 50 can complete booking form, payment and signing spa in time by noon. Do get the queue number at lawyer booth as early as possible after payment. All the best.

U select 943sqft? Bcoz block A facing swimming pool should be 943sqft.

U choice unit number that near to Rumahwip or another side (hawkers)? I personal thinks middle will be more better.

Among the following, any special package for this project?

1.Stamp Duty on Sale and Purchase Agreement
2.Stamp Duty on Loan Agreement
3. Disbursement Fees
4. Legal Fees on SPA

Not 943 sqft. They changed Block A 8th floor to type C (1106 sqft). Then we got an extra 59 sqft garden. So total size = 1106+59=1165 sqft. I chose quite middle one.

Oh, he got tell me very briefly about this. He said based on my income etc, should have no problem. The biggest problem is my CCRIS record too clean, plus I just started working few months ago (still in probation period somemore).

I scare noisy so I choose above 20th floor one haha
