not really... investors like lower floors.... the lower the better yield...    and AK projects alot of investors sapu... haha... based on my last time experience with my fren... they follow strictly... if u come after that... they will just layan u after all the queue numbers ran out...

Lower floor finish quite fast but below 50 is good enough. Also below 50 can complete booking form, payment and signing spa in time by noon. Do get the queue number at lawyer booth as early as possible after payment. All the best.

U select 943sqft? Bcoz block A facing swimming pool should be 943sqft.

U choice unit number that near to Rumahwip or another side (hawkers)? I personal thinks middle will be more better.

Did he help you calculate dsr and everything that see you can get loan approved or not ?

Not 943 sqft. They changed Block A 8th floor to type C (1106 sqft). Then we got an extra 59 sqft garden. So total size = 1106+59=1165 sqft. I chose quite middle one.
