Yes I know this, but it doesn't answer my question.
Even if I filled the Offer to Purchase and gave my IC to the SA, how can we be sure that the SA has passed my things to Sinerjuta?
Maybe he somehow lost all the documents and cheque and didn't submit it for me?
Is there any way to check whether the developer has successfully received my cheque? Or check my queue number?

IMO, for that i don't think u need to be afraid. Agent sure will submit soonest for u cos they wanna secure the deal also. U just need to make sure the cheque is submitted on behalf of u and not used for other people. In this case, snapshot the signed offer to purchase form and state your name and IC behind the cheque.

Ehmmm...I already submitted it long time ago without taking snapshot. Never mind then.
Anyhow, is there any way to check our queue number?

1-2days before launching u only able to know your exactly quenue number.

Actually this Holmes 2 got what rebate? Didn't see anyone mention here. Got downpayment rebate? Got free SPA legal fee? Got free stamp duty? Got free loan legal fee? Got free loan stamp duty? Got free maintenance fee? What else?

By the way, I had paste my booking cheque,SA told me Sinerjuta will release the invitation card with queue number 2-3 days before launching. Cant wait!

S&P Stamping & MOT will not free. S&P Stamping fee RM10 per copy, depend on how many copy it need.

MOT depend on your property SPA price and it charge different % by tier. Loan agreement stamp duty is 0.5% of your loan amount.

For RM500k SPA price, MOT will cost RM9,000 , and let say you get 90% LTV which means RM450k, your loan agreement stamp duty will cost RM2,250

Hi, I received information from my SA, the block A launching day is 25 Nov , Saturday.
My target is level 19 - 23, hope can get my favourites unit.
