Memang is that football field. Kayamas had a whole master plan in mind. They refurbished the nearby Padang Bola Sepak BTR as a community project mid of last year. Then they gonna develop the football field to relocate the Sri Labuan residents.

Yaya as per posted in page 4. Maybe no more sky garden because klcc view partly obstructed by Holmes & RazakMas? Just thinking... Since this land area is lower than Holmes.

It's written as shit "pond" bcos it used to be pond type but now already upgraded to enclosed type. LoL

Definitely less than 50m. One of the tower is exactly beside the land plot. Referring to the google maps location in page 3, if u move slightly southwards, the htc buffer zone from the existing landed houses to the htc tower is slightly less than 30m.

Ignoring the buffer zone, the total land area is 5 acres. If omit the buffer zone, total land area is around 4.7 acres.

Let me share my 2 cents for the projects at the area (Holmes, Hamstead, Jujur).

In terms of view, Holmes should have the best view facing north & west due to lake & klcc (ignore the slight htc view). Jujur's lake view is limited & klcc blocked by Holmes. Hamstead might able to see klcc if very high floor (different line of sight with Holmes).

In terms of morning rush hour traffic, if u drive to KL work, Holmes will be the best, followed by Jujur & Hamstead. However if u're driving towards MidValley aka Salak Highway, Hamstead location will be ideal, followed by Jujur then Holmes.

Based on all available sales kit information, estimated full project layout and google earth overlay is as below.

Land Area = 2.9 acres, overlay is according to scale.
Confirm location will be furthest from htc (common sense).
Currently open for booking = Block B (the block without adjacent level 10 roof facility)
Rotation of the project is unknown. Estimated as in the picture due to reasoning:
1. Facing north/south is better instead of east/west.
2. If facing east will have cemetery view, facing west will face rumawip.
3. Facing north will have klcc view.
4. With blocks facing north/south, potential for rumawip units to have pool view (more value).
5. Block B will be facing south as per forumer commented.
