Sharing the view of Holmes 2 & Razakmas 2 from Holmes 1.

I heard they will clear the land at the current location in Sri Labuan and make another development. If anybody have info do share.
FYI, I use to rent at Razakmas 1 for 2 years before rent at Holmes.

Let me bore you with my review :

Razakmas was okay. At that time my husband & I wanted a “cheap” place. It served us well. We moved cause we need a bigger space. I couldn't do a lot to organize with my items cause the space is limited Razakmas 1 and I have ridiculous amount of items, especially from mum. I feel the room in razakmas was slightly bigger than Holmes though, but in the end we decided to still move out cause we figure out room is just to sleep, and the space we needed is more is in dining / living area.

I was blessed with a corner unit in Razakmas, my balcony facing razakmas 2 and holmes 2. The neighbors upstairs mine was abit noisy as they have 2-3 kids. When MCO 1 commerce, we had to bear with the kids thumping, wailing and crying. Also since the building just beside the main road, any ambulance passed by will be heard! We just lucky we needed to bear with it for few months as our tenancy agreement coming to an end. btw the ceiling in Razakmas was abit low, not as low as the low cost flats, but comparing razakmas with holmes, holmes has a slightly higher ceiling and I feel more thicker floor and ceiling. Like if the same neighbour in razakmas were to stay above me in holmes, I think the thumping from the kids will be more bearable and the screaming will be more mellow.

Razakmas was quite clean when I stayed right to the time I left. Just normal complaints like people throwing cigarettes butts and hair landed in their yard and balcony, a few cases of leaking pipes. I remember vaguely in 2018 I think, where a pipe burst in level 7 where parking lot is. And another incident, level 8 banjir cause paip bocor. Now I heard now they’re dealing with some culprit throwing diapers from their unit. And they're going to build a proper playground at level 8 

My stay in Holmes 1 is pleasant. I'm still blessed to get a corner unit as well, though I do feel I am paying abit more than expected (+500 more than razakmas1) but its worth it. I get the view the park and KL, and sometimes pretty sunsets.

Holmes has a keycard which access to your unit level only. Unlike Razakmas, you can take the lift up to any levels you want. Also, because of that, delivery at Holmes needed to be picked up at the guard house area (used to be lobby but since covid happens its guardhouse only). For razakmas, the delivery can be sent to the floor/unit that you reside.

No major cases as holmes. There is a leaking case at the moment at my level, nearby the garbage room, but nothing else I seen or heard apart from that.

To be honest, Would love to own a unit at Holmes 1. Hoping to clear my outstanding  debts and clear my ccris score and CTOS rating.

Hi, anyone has any idea on what will happen to Sri Labuan flat in the future? I'm afraid it will be very high dense in that neighbourhood.

The last I heard the plot will be developed as commercial. Not sure how it will turn out later blush.gif

Anyway, lelong unit from Razakmas sold yesterday.
Launching price 198K.

From 224K, sold at 244K.
Good catch?

Not sure if the defaulter owner got any surplus or not.
