The only RUMAHWIP getting better deal than normal sales would be Enesta. RUMAHWIP no need see HTC for that project while those paying more 50% will get free HTC candlelight view daily.

Relax. I briefly explain the step:

1. Book to get your queue number.
2. Launching day go and choose unit. (according to your queue number). if dont like then take back your booking money.
3. If like then lock your unit. Can proceed with loan, etc.

After choice is wait for loan rejected units. Confirm there will be drop out after this.

Well at least this system is better compare to last time. Need to queue overnight. People hiring bangla and students to queue. Imagine that.

Do not be tricked by the show room. Is just for you to see the layout. Get general idea.
If you want your unit to be just like the show room, then prepare to fork out more than 100k to do the same ID renovation. Confirm will look impressive.
