Managed to view the layout plan for both types A and B.
The second toilet of both types is accessed and shared by two rooms.
Three potential disadvantages are at least,
1) potential disturbance when guests wanna use the second toilet, at least one room is visible and viable for the guests to pass thru. If the room is messy... Emm..
2) potential lacking of privacy or exposure if one user forgot to lock the toilet and the second user from the other room enters.... Emmm...
3) potential inconvenience post usage, ie after using the toilet, the first user forgot to unlock the door of the other room. What happens when the other room user urgently wants to use the toilet but the door is locked....Emmmm........

1) block A facing swimming pool is 943sf except level 8 (1106 with garden)
2) Block B facing swimming pool is 1104sf.

However the show room impressed me, I thought below 500K, the material and design will "cut-cost" .
