Do Anyone know Block A will increase price or keep the same price?
Since the Kuchai Lama project they unable "finish booking " in 4 hours, do they will maintain the same selling price for attract more buyer?

as what i know.

price slightly increase compare to block B..
943sf - indication from 373k onwards
1105sf - indication from 430k onwards

btw, type 1105sf layout change from 3R2B to 3R3B.
anyhow, block A view better mah..no kwang tong view...

Really Slightly increase only, it will make Block A look more attractive compare to Block B.
Each higher floor add another RM500 or 1K ?

I thought u said layout change already? Wanna see where they place the extra bathroom and some other information. This is because got three sales agents approached me so far, but when i ask them even simple things (like what size face which direction), they seem to be a bit blur. Eventually they gave me an answer but I don't trust them, so better if i get the sales kit and read myself

I think that extra bathroom will be powder room , which similar to their previous launching at Kepong - Herz.

Though if not mistaken there should be a Rumawip next to Holmes 2 that should be closer to the HTC. Does anyone have any info on this Rumawip? Or project not announced yet?

Just received pm from SA today nearby to cemetery leh, beside got empty land also, any sifus think here can rent or not? Or better for ownstay, the sales kit they sent me all those facilities is "proposed" only leh...

I believe ownstay may more suitable for this project.
Because walking distance unable reach LRT or MRT, need transport.

Cemetery no big deal for me, but if you don't want to see it, then for block A choose the view facing KL (facing Holmes & Razakmas), not the one facing the other block.

Nearest LRT is Bandar Tun Razak, less than 2km. Can still walk if needed. MRT Taman Midah a bit further away.

I don't know about rentability. TBH I bought for own stay. And let's be frank, lots of other projects around for people to choose to rent.
