price slightly increase compare to block B.. 943sf - indication from 373k onwards 1105sf - indication from 430k onwards btw, type 1105sf layout change from 3R2B to 3R3B. anyhow, block A view better mah..no kwang tong view... |

Did you only just realize the HTC?
Though if not mistaken there should be a Rumawip next to Holmes 2 that should be closer to the HTC. Does anyone have any info on this Rumawip? Or project not announced yet? |

Just received pm from SA today nearby to cemetery leh, beside got empty land also, any sifus think here can rent or not? Or better for ownstay, the sales kit they sent me all those facilities is "proposed" only leh...

What empty land are you talking about?Cemetery no big deal for me, but if you don't want to see it, then for block A choose the view facing KL (facing Holmes & Razakmas), not the one facing the other block. Nearest LRT is Bandar Tun Razak, less than 2km. Can still walk if needed. MRT Taman Midah a bit further away. I don't know about rentability. TBH I bought for own stay. And let's be frank, lots of other projects around for people to choose to rent. |
