Well, my sister is OK with 30Mbps now. At least get rid of 4Mbps Streamyx first. One of the devices does streaming, the rest no need to use already.
For sure will upgrade to higher speed in the future, now the priority is take in UniFi first.

Well, it depends on your priority. You want UniFi or your current ISP? Put it this way, the speed upgrade wasn't even existed until Budget 2017 was announced. Let's assume, if it is not announced at all, life still goes on for most of us. We still stick to our current 30Mbps.

I only interested with RM179 (instead of RM199) + half price cut within 2 years + speed upgrade to 50Mbps + fiber cabling the phone pole, otherwise, I won't even bother with unifi at all for my second house.

So, if free upgrade speed wasn't announced in budget 2017, I assume you will not consider UniFi at all then. Nobody can guarantee half price cut, unless you work in TM marketing department.
OK, looks like you don't need to look around for free speed upgrade then. Yours is a clear cut of "no".

no laaa, my place got political issues during that time....and Terengganu got unifi so fast thanks to royal involvement , they want fast internet in their new castle and people like us get the pick the fruit too. so don't worrylaa, the DP already install right....it wont take long....of course laa the agent work hard....he will get a lot of commission.

Well, yeah, RM179 is still available for 30Mbps where the promotion will end this month. But there is no free speed upgrade to 50Mbps.

I kept showing off to my sister once I got my 50M. Now I'm in India and her turn to show back to me of her 4M.
Highest I got here with my hotel connection is only 5Mbps but decent enough to stream my shows.

Cannot tahan anymore.. Using 5mbps unifi. The upload speed should be around 4-5mbps.

Your ping is fine but how on earth you have no upload speed?

Might want to call TM to check your infra cause something might have gone very wrong

If you use okala, you can select the server.

Choose the server nearest to you, somewhere in the northern region

For Unifi using Lan, the ping should be single digits imho
