why you terminate? is that new place dont have streamyx service or unifi? if dont have you should let them cancel for you even the port is full... the port is beyond our control, so they terminate due to no portand cannot claim penalties from you...

anyway damage already done so need to pay..

For the price, it looks normal for VIP 10. I used to pay thes same before upgraded to 30Mbps and now 50Mbps.
Maybe it comes with HyppTV.

Hi guys, my modem been acting weird recently, 2nd time all lights suddenly blinking non-stop and I lost my internet connection. I'm on VIP5, any idea what's happening?

Tweeted with customer service but was told my area has no interruption, issue is escalated and may need their technician to come in and have me pay some RM53+equipment replacement fee (if required) for that

From 30Mbps --> 50Mbps did u notice any difference in terms of speed or its much faster ?

I had the same problem with my BTU. All leds flashing. In my case, it was the PSU. Tried another one and back in business.

UniFi Lite 10Mbps (Thank You Campaign 2017)

Thought Unifi Lite should have lower price right?
