Hi guys, my modem been acting weird recently, 2nd time all lights suddenly blinking non-stop and I lost my internet connection. I'm on VIP5, any idea what's happening?

Video of modem blinking: https://streamable.com/erjfa

Tweeted with customer service but was told my area has no interruption, issue is escalated and may need their technician to come in and have me pay some RM53+equipment replacement fee (if required) for that mega_shok.gif

I had the same problem with my BTU. All leds flashing. In my case, it was the PSU. Tried another one and back in business.

No problem. Don't throw the rosak PSU away. Later claim from TM. For BTU they should change it for free.

I plan to do that when I have more time. I guess they'll probably change the whole set. Will be sad to see it go. This Huawei BTU damn reliable. Mine in use 24/7 for 6+ yrs already.

Didn't expect that's a Huawei, it has served me since 2013. Not sure what they give now though. Regardless as long as internet is stable and fast!
