Hi guys, would like to ask some question regarding my case

1 year ago, there was already some agent and advertisement at my area saying that unifi is coming but delay until now only available. Previously there is some booth(different agent) around my Taman , and some agent come and approach us house by house.

I think i had registered to 2(?) agent, because some has followed up and some not. Just now i have received one order confirmation email from TM that i had successfully registered Unifi. But i not sure which agent is that, so is it possible both agent will proceed with my registration a? Will receive any penalty or something like that? But i havent provide any fingerprint authentication to both agent . Thank you

Why do you wanna do that? unsure.gif Just stick to one, that's my suggestion. Else, you are complicating the whole thing and may delay your registration.

Just be natural. Once registered, the other agent will get rejection because ad registered smile.gif

Because i registered 1 year ago , and the unifi keep on delay until now. The agent no follow up , so that time i not sure about my registration status. And until recently i have registered from a new agent through FB (jus provide personal detail and those, haven signed anything) . But now i think should be the previous one(?) proceed my order d.

It's not their fault, it is TM's slowness. My sister's taman also the same issue, set up booth since months ago and few agents came in and collected registration. Until today TM hasn't activated the port yet, so let it be until the time comes.

Since they have commission, I think they will contact you soon or you just walk in to TM Point to complete registration. That will be faster.

Ya, same issue with my taman. Just recently TM has activated the port and a lot of agent are promoting aggressively again. It was my fault too for being too impatient and register here and there rclxub.gif

The installation appointment date from the order confirmation email will be 2 weeks time from now.

Just helped my sister to check UniFi availability at her taman, already activated 3 streets and one of the streets is just next to hers. bangwall.gif

Yeah, she is still stuck with 4Mbps Streamyx now. Every time I go back, I use my own data to stream. Luckily I have a lot of quota...

hey guys please help

i subscribed unifi 20mbps (RM249) in 2012 under my name when I was renting in an old house sharing with some housemates, then i have moved out the house in 2014 and I told the house owner to switch my name to his. He said ok, but up until now he hasn't switched the name yet. I still receive email time to time from TM asking me to pay, I noticed that since the last 4 months he didnt pay and now my credit amount has been updated to RM927. May I know if I can just cancel it or change my name to his?

No problem. Don't throw the rosak PSU away. Later claim from TM. For BTU they should change it for free.

I plan to do that when I have more time. I guess they'll probably change the whole set. Will be sad to see it go. This Huawei BTU damn reliable. Mine in use 24/7 for 6+ yrs already.

This UniFi Lite is ready for service for all UniFi area regardless of FTTH or VDSL.The only question will TM sell this package to the public or targeted customers only? Or will it only open to VDSL area under HSBB?

Then we have the Streamyx area.For those who want to enjoy UniFi Lite in Streamyx area, that area must support VDSL equipment at the main office.If the area is supported then it will fall under SUBB area.

The main differences with the old VIP 10 are

1)Upload speed is only 5 Mbps
2)No STB for customer
3)No DECT Phone
4)No IPTV service by default replaced by OTT app
5)It is cheaper than old VIP5 retail price RM149 and MaxisONE Home 10Mbps RM139 and Streamyx BB Deal 2 Mbps RM130.

But this UniFi Lite still comes with telephony service.To enjoy HyppTV offerings, one need to use the HyppTV Everywhere apps.

If TM made mandatory to buy this UniFi Lite with HyppTV pack, then this offer is not really worth coz it is troublesome to enjoy HyppTV Pack with OTT apps.

Analysing TM behaviour to customers from past experience, it is expected they will change the treatment if many customers complaint about this.

That acct is in your name. The owner can't transfer the account to his/her name unless you're there.
Whatever is owed under that acct is your responsibility. You will be blacklisted if the owner fails to pay and TM closes the account.
The debt collector will be looking for you not the owner.

You better contact the owner for the amount owed and close the account...
