Something interesting is happening.
My internet is down. PPPoE is authenticating and connecting but assigned a private IP address (172.21.x.x) It's fine if I use another account so this is just happening to mine. My OCC shows this:  and this:  OCC with other accounts are fine. My account is due for suspension. I've already received the "pay within 1day to avoid svc suspension" sms on Tuesday. Could this be the new way that TM suspends your account? Previously they would suspend PPPoE login so you'll get an authentication failure. Or use a captive portal. Ampang jaya-Selangor down about 1230am too I reckon. Notice it about 1245. Any news? On hold with 100 hotline for 20 mins and I gave up.

Same problem. Can't connect to Internet too. My Tel1 is blinking but the Link is fully lit like normal. Happened at 12:30am.
