They are more or less the same depending on the models. EVGA 1080Ti FTW3 is a pretty popular one and favored by many though they are pretty hard to get here in Malaysia. Since your friend is in the UK, he could get an EVGA card there and bring it back to Malaysia. They offer global warranty.

Yeap the specs looks good! Do get an aftermarket cooler for the cpu if you like cause it’ll get pretty toasty with the stock cooler.

1) Unless you really don't want the chipset fan go with the Master instead.
2) The PSU is overkill and despite being Platinum there are better ones around.
3) Go For a 2080 Super / 2080ti if you splurge on pretty much anything else.
4) Stick with his AIO suggestion.
5) Those 32GB sticks come at the expense of timing/latency. No idea what you'll be doing with that system... but a nice 4x16GB kit might be the better choice.

2080 and 2080 Super are two different tiers. 2080 "Super" has more cores etc...
While the "Extreme" is just the branding of Gigabyte.

If you already bought the AIO use it, not worth selling and buying the difference between those two.

Like I said, up to you. If you want extreme motherboard with extreme price, be my guest. Gigabyte X570 Aorus Extreme is overkill type of motherboard. Asus X570-E and Gigabyte X570 Aorus Master is already plentiful. I'd prefer Asus X570-E due to better BIOS. Aorus Master comes with better heatsink design, extra M.2 slot but less 2 SATA port.

RTX 2080 Super is better than that Gigabyte graphic card.

As for the power supply, get either Corsair, Super Flower or Seasonic. 850W is already more than enough.

for case take a look at lianli o11 dynamic XL , since ur thermaltake choice already rm1k, o11 XL rm900-1k if add up fan price.
