I'm also looking if possible to add extra fans for it? Since the GPU only has 1 fan.

Hi, Im considering on upgrading my HD6870 card but worried that I will bought a card which will be bottleneck by other hardware of my current system. Frankly speaking, Im considering on HD7970 second hand. But is my system way too outdated and need to be upgraded to play games in ultra setting?
Btw, should I add my ram from 8GB to 16GB? Currently on Windows 10 Pro..
[Budget] Depending on suggestion but would like to put it as low as possible.

Thanks in advance!
I suggest you try to wait for the graphic card prices stabilize. Currently very high due to demand. Thanks to bitcoin miners.
As for the RAM, stay 8GB until you can upgrade entire PC.
