That's up to you. Both are good brands.
By that time, prices could be different as well. USD affects the prices.

Maybe Samsung S24F350FHEPLS 23.5"(TN) at RM514 or LG 24MP68VQ 24" (IPS) at RM583 for the monitor.

Thanks for the monitor suggestion. Is it the best cheapest free sync monitor? biggrin.gif

Anyways the mining craze will die down sooner or later and non serious miners will most probably sell all their GPUs as second hand. Soon second hand AMD cards will flood the garage sales section and prices will go quite low I believe. Just my speculation.

Also, any other good PSU alternatives other than the one you recommended?

I think so.

Nope, I don't skimp on PSU. That is the cheapest for good brand.

Lifetime warranty. Just buy and use.

AMD R7 250 and GTX 1030 or higher. Get at least 2GB VRAM just to be on the safe side.

[Budget] Around RM2500 but shouldn't exceed RM3000

[Purpose] Mostly doing work, playing casual games, watching movies (for my uncle)

[Hardwares that will be re-use] Speakers most probably

[Monitor resolution] 1080p

[Games & softwares that use frequently] Work softwares, casual games, youtube email things like that

[Personal preferences]
A small build like Mini ITX (cause he has a small desk)
Monitor + KBM has to be included in this budget
DVD RW
WiFi PCIE/Onboard Mobo
8GB RAM
SSD would be better because he doesn't use much storage (around 120/250GB should be enough)

[Location] Negeri Sembilan

Btw wondering if can get GTX 1060 with this ?

I saw yesterday that a PNY GTX 1050 is around RM600, should I go with that and get a SSD instead, I don't really need the 1TB HDD i guess

- AOC I2280SWD 21.5" IPS Monitor
https://www.lelong.com.my/aoc-21-5-i2280swd...8-02-Sale-P.htm
