Hi all taikor, i am interested in Floris. But read a lot of bad comments about ecohill completed projects, such as water leaking & wall cracked. Any comments to share?

First phase workmanship is just average, second phase heard improved because SEH sacked some of the contractors for first phase..

Floris is considered as third phase... For own-stay or investment? For investment just need to take consideration developer unit still available.. From my perception SEH 2 or subsale DSL SEH 1 is better bet... If for own stay, Floris

During SH launching, UEM not tell buyer will upgrade the roads?
