The plus point from my opinion is to the UKM commuter station.. Jalan reko / sungai tangkas is not a pleasant road you want to use frequently...

Improving the road from Serene Height to Bangi Avenue is much much more substantial..

Subsale in Ecohill 1 is feasible, in addition to its location which is more strategic and closer to all the commercial elements. Based on your budget can opt for a corner unit, good luck...

Ecohill 2 first phase only will be VP by Q3 2018, that's what I heard..

I think the precinct 1 SEH EAST signage is very WHITE! and not colorful at all. NOBODY can see lor. It will be nice if it is as colorful as the one we see at CRADLETON ecomajestic.
