Errana cluster - 36 x 78, buildup 2250 sqf
Grandlis superlink - 23.6 x 76, buildup 2389 sqf
Floris superlink - 23.6 x 76, buildup 2563 sqf
Gloris superlink - 23.6 x 76, buildup 2645 sqf
Put aside the landscape and gardens (since both also located within the same precinct and interchangeably accessible by each other), personally still prefer the Errrana, although both also have its strong and weak points..
Strength of Errana:
1.) A proper cluster semiD which you have 10 feet of land beside your house, mimicking the proper semiD. Superlink overall still a link/terrace house.
2.) Location more strategic than superlink, closer to the clubhouse and 2-tier roundabout and current/future commercial area, easily accessible by autumn gate and winter gate. Although in future superlink also can access these 2 gates, there are a bit isolated at the opposite side of Lekas and the ONLY access way commute in/out to/from superlink precinct must go through the Lekas linking bridge. In case of this linking bridge has any problem (although it is unlikely to happen), not sure how the commutation could be.
3.) Errana is further away from STP if compare to superlink. Of course there will no issue associate to the STP currently, but if being given a choice, I presume majority of people will choose unit away from the STP if possible.
4.) The land beside the superlink still kampung land and not very sure what kind of development shall happen in future. Errana cluster semiD is within the center part of precinct 3 and land has been catered to build cluster/semiD only.
Strength of Superlink:
1. Generally larger buildup and fully extended.
2. Superlink still have the sale package (legal fees, MOT absorbed by developer) but Errana is subsale. It mean you need to pay higher although the sale price about the same.
