Wao..so many supermarket at rinching. Ecosave, Segi, tesco & Aeon/Jaya Grocer (rumour for ecohill walk). Is it too many super market at semenyih? The Store & Mydin also nearby only..really tight competition in semenyih market.

Actually I never went to Segi Fresh market before as well...haha..only listen their name at lowyat and saw their balakong outlet from highway before only. Anyway, it is good to have more fresh market & supermarket here. I feel semenyih is much better than puncak alam. At least semenyih has more chinese stay, gt chinese food, SRJK and famous broga hill.

Look at SEH P2 & P3 occupancy rate, I believe that SPS may force to open to SEH P1 resident although Mr Koh still tell me that will only opened to P2 & P3 resident but dun think it is feasible for next few years.

Haha..actually Jason gor is welcome to join SEH clubhouse geh. Can go clubhouse together with Sam gor. Anyway I just feel EM should fast fast start their sport center project as it will benefit all the EM buyer. Keep launching new housing project wont help to improve township value.

I think no bad option as the apartment is near to future Ecohill Walk & Ecohill Taipan. Location wise consider quite good. Although the facade maybe no fancy as EM Harmony Apartment but I feel future prospect is better compare with Harmony Apartment which do not near to any shopping mall within walking distance.

Actually cheap does not mean good geh...investment really need think properly. Nowday youngster can choose to bought RUMAH WIP at 300K in KL and why they want to bought Eco Harmony which so far from KL town. Market is not good as past few years.

Renovation is on going now...will move in by this year end...ya..what you say is correct. There is too many housing project launched semenyih at this moment. Very difficult to look for tenant too..Imaging Harmoni, Karisma, D'Cassia, D'Cerrum & D'Camelia all vpe...where gt so many ppl want to rent hse at semenyih.

No die geh..as long as you hv strong holding power. In fact, property market is very cool now and many project vpe for two years and I dun think every condo able to fully rent out too. At this moment, ppl may look for those condo/apartment which locate near public transportation with reasonable rental.

These apartments are around 250k, it won't be too hard to hold.
Similar to paying for a Myvi, after you rent it out.

On the bright side, looking at all the commercial development coming around SEH, it is actually a very good buy.
EcoHill Taipan, EcoHill Walk, 360 Club, Big Parks, Schools, Hypermarkets are all close by.
Some are even within walking distance.

The demand will be from those who cannot afford a landed property in SEH.
This will be the target market for these apartments and the pool can be quite big.

Good...You have very positive view..hehe..The location wise really no bad...memang walking distance to Ecohill Taipan & Ecohill Walk. The planning by SP Setia really good and they are follow their plan to develop Ecohill and not only keep launch residential project like neighbourhood...haha..
