SemiD units are meant for own stay at the moment, if the investor can't hold andso desperate to sell it at the developer price in just after 1.5 years VP, perhaps can tekan another RM 50k to cover your MOT and legal fees as well....

Oh... yaloh... D'Cerrum sold out already, now only have D'Cassia and D'Camelia unit only...

Doesn't matter lah, D'Cassia also a good buy....

Colorful for shoplot is okay lah, catchy mah.. But definately not for the house lah....

Hehehe... the location of Ecohill Taipan is very strategic, easily visible by a lot of traffic commuting through Jalan Semenyih and Ecohill Link everyday...

Camelia heard 50-60% sold only.....

MBO cinema is confirmed will be in Ecohill Walk, the mall behind the Ecohill Taipan shoplots...

hehehe... They are putting up the signage now... Saw some renovation going on inside the building...

By the way, glad to know the Brothers car accesories shall land in Semenyih also...

If I'm not mistaken, even in EM, their Harmoni Apartment sales is not very encouraging.
Don't have the figures as I long time didn't go.

It will take some time for the market to absorb all these units as both township launched affordable apartment almost at the same time.
Bear in mind, the combine units launch within a period of 1 year is more than 2000 units.
I would say demand was quite good with DÇerrum, Dçassia, Karisma all achieving sold out or almost sold out rate.
The left over now are the later launch when the economy is at an even lower state.
The left over are d camelia at 50% and Harmoni, not sure the take up rate (Jason Kor may know)
