Is it? P2 and P3 separated....
How height of the waterfall? Gamuda Garden @ Kundang also got 20 meter waterfall feature. Look very nice on the promotion materials.

How is the lake water condition in P2 now?
Today passed by setia alam and setia ecopark, almost all lake, river are brown colour... : (

Yeap, because only Grassland park and Oriental Garden won the award...

Grassland park is okay, but the oriental garden one seems like abit brownish already, need to inform SEH ler...

Can refer to Post #500 link for details, it is in precinct 2, 38 x 80, 2933 sqf buildup, from 1.18 mil onwards. Got new Japanese garden with waterfall...

If launching the satori villa can attract the Japanese achor tenant for grocery also not bad mah....

1.18m 4 such a smd quite reasonable d price.

Ya im hoping aeon can open in semenyih mayb in seh so tht all semenyih residents can benefit. Nowadays quite many developers jv wth jap co 2 launch their props mayb 2 attract japs so tht they dont stay mainly in mk only.

Plan to purchase house for own stayed either in Semenyih or Kajang. under surveying.

for ecohill 1, I prefer precinct 3
Based on my budget around RM800k.

I got 2 choices.

1. Subsale, Cluster Semi D 36x80. RM800k
2. New, Superlink RM8xxk.

Sam gor, possible give some advise?

Ben is subset of village grocer now...

Now also not far to Ecohill. Bought a terrace in Nada Alam on Mar 2015 and VP Sep 2016.

Waiting the township and mall to grow. Expect similar or better than Setia City Mall.

Why like that, I mean the brownish lake?
