hi. Anyone that already bought Mecool KM9 (Goolgle Certified) or Mecool KM3 (Google Certified) care to give some review on the performance?
Can both devices output Dolby Atmos/ DTS X sound format to the receiver?
Currently using Kodi on Sony Androids TV, and the Pass-trough not working properly on Leia.

I agree with veron.. to achieve both and through Kodi or otherwise HDMI passthrough. There are other user verified devices that can already do this.. Be wise to stick to those. Ofcourse, you can also keep waiting for someone else to buy and confirm this. Based on my light readings.. It's been confirmed to do core DD and DTS via Kodi passthrough. The system IS rooted and has no unroot menu (as yet), perhaps a future FW might allow such.

Not sure was very interested until the Netflix fiasco thingy came up... You sure? Cuz if your TV can't support a "basic" file system NTFS, I strongly doubt that it's a 4K TV or even capable of outputting HDR or playing high bitrate 10bit content.. So you might want to recheck your requirements or dunno.. Your TV's specs again. What's your TV model?

Probably an insufficient power (usb port) or HDD issue.. Try reformatting both the pendrive and HDD to NTFS using a windows PC (ideally) and it should detect. If it's an insufficient power issue, then you'll need a powered usb hub for that. Or better still as you seek, an external media player. Since you are a noob. Start from page one first.. Properly understand what you are going into and why your budget won't cut it for the requirements.. Be willing to either increase your budget or lower expectations. Then read the last 20 or so pages for what has already been shared. Don't want to invest time to read and understand? Simple.. Just go on your favorite shopping platform. Filter down for sub RM300 devices and prepare to return here and complain about the box or do the actual reading. Sorry, I mean no offense, just being blunt.
