Went to this today, people mountain people sea, but the event are not well organised, no free makan also 😁, the sales girls in the show units not very clear on their products and pricing also.

They got provide RM10 food vouchers to the registered public, and if you are GL frens members they do provide catering also ma.......I think Gamuda is quite generous on this and willing to spend big bomb on their marketing event nowadays compare to other developers.....

To KL, can use MEX, MEX 2 is coming soon. Another approach to KL is via MRT 2 Cyberjaya station which is under construction. I think if travel to KLCC via MRT2 from Cyberjaya, is about 15 stations, maybe 35 to 40 minutes.

Need your generous opinion on this.

If my income just 7k per month (after deduct fixed commitments), is it advisable to get a unit in Gamuda Cove with a unit price of 900k?

Would also like to hear your expert opinion on this project's potential (future market value, either staying or selling).

For me totolly not advisable. You will lost lot's more on comfortable life enjoyment like travel and good food on weekend...

Also don't forget the toll and petrol every month, 7k is just too low to buy 900k house.

If you are only 24, if die die must cheong, i advise you to cheong two properties at 450k each instead of sai lang on 1 property.

Property at this stretch incl saujana putra and cyberjaya selling cheaper by days ...

Shop around and see how surrounding market is doing.

Prime example semi-D in Perdana Lakeview Cyber, many selling below market price.
Owner/Flipper didn't even stay bare unit.

Even seen one semi-D spring leak, never notice for months.
Flooring all rotten and wall damage, owner desperate to cut and run shocking.gif

Not to mention bankruptcy auction. biggrin.gif

IMO if buying for capital appreciation look somewhere else.
Own stay maybe consider something cheaper and affordable.

Have to be quick even with shit market got ppl snap up property like goreng pisang.

Ideally, dsr <20% income; Dsr>30% income is considered stretched in many oecd countries.
