Hi friends, planning to buy a unit in Gamuda Cove, however, for the past few days of research in that area, i noticed that alot of jets flying across this project since klia is quite close. Secondly, the cars, bikes and lorries on Elite highways, i mean the noise from highway can be heard across any location in GC. You guys are ok to buy and live in here with these condition?

Currently, it's only a single-lane road (one lane each way) 🚗,
but from the photos, it's clear that it will eventually become a dual-lane later.

The biggest beneficiary of this road opening is definitely the residents of Gamuda Cove,
Previously, getting in and out of Gamuda Cove required passing through a toll.
Now, with this new road, you can reach 𝐂𝐲𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐣𝐚𝐲𝐚 𝐢𝐧 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟓 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬✅

Currently, traveling between Cyberjaya and Gamuda,

For those old enough, when Subang Jaya was in its development infancy, many comments were made about how it wasn't a desirable living environment due to noise from airplanes as it was near to Subang Airport. Nobody talk about this negative aspect anymore soon after its rapid rise to a well developed township.

Exactly! Just like Subang Jaya back then, some might worry about airplane or highway noise in Gamuda Cove, but from my experience living here for a year, it really isn’t an issue at all — inside the house, it’s completely peaceful. Location and development really make a difference!

How are the amenities in the area so far? Schools, shops for groceries, etc.

Our unit should be ready by next year so we are planning our move, so we're checking on what is the current status/readiness of important day-to-day requirements.

the maintenance fee for mio spring unit is 700+. quite on high side

however mio spring will VP soon.

Camellia is at the semi-D, or bungalow area, which is south side of Gamuda Cove. It will be nearer to the highway though.
Mio Spring is much inner part of Gamuda cove. No highway noise.

Where do the residents send their kids to school?

Loving this toll free bridge connection. Cyberjaya pipur can enjoy gamuda amenities/waterpark/shops/infra and vice versa. Great synergy between both towns.

Now with link bridge connected directly to Cyberjaya.

Cove residence have the option to use CBJ MRT/Putrajaya KLIA Express/Mex highway access/LDP/Putra Perdana Puchong bridge access.

More crowds into Cyberjaya & Puchong side too 👍
