Given current workmanship and supervision; there is no guarantee roof, bathroom floor and pipes won't leak or wiring short circuited just after 2 years. in soft land, after settlement, high possibility for water pipe and sewage pipe to leak.

Kv property has been on down trend for last few years. Until overhang is reduced substantially, price stay depressed. By about 2030, this country will become a ageing nation. If Japan is of any precedent, property will be on another long decline.

Property is illiquid, not the only investment opportunity available. Only those have vested interest would continue to promote property investment regardless of its future.
