Shop around and see how surrounding market is doing.

Prime example semi-D in Perdana Lakeview Cyber, many selling below market price.
Owner/Flipper didn't even stay bare unit.

[attachmentid=10326188]
[attachmentid=10326189]

Even seen one semi-D spring leak, never notice for months.
Flooring all rotten and wall damage, owner desperate to cut and run shocking.gif

Not to mention bankruptcy auction.  biggrin.gif

IMO if buying for capital appreciation look somewhere else.
Own stay maybe consider something cheaper and affordable.

Have to be quick even with shit market got ppl snap up property like goreng pisang.

To KL, can use MEX, MEX 2 is coming soon. Another approach to KL is via MRT 2 Cyberjaya station which is under construction. I think if travel to KLCC via MRT2 from Cyberjaya, is about 15 stations, maybe 35 to 40 minutes.

use mex2 will took 1hr
go mrt2 cyberjaya station will took 15min drive + 40 min transit time.

Hi all,

Need your generous opinion on this.

If my income just 7k per month (after deduct fixed commitments), is it advisable to get a unit in Gamuda Cove with a unit price of 900k?

Would also like to hear your expert opinion on this project's potential (future market value, either staying or selling).

Thank you all in advance for allowing me learn so much from this forum.

Both option also about 1 hour. Better than I stay at SETIA Alam and working at KLCC area.

Everyday I take about 2 hours from SETIA Alam to work. Drive to nearest LRT (Glenmarie station) then take LRT to office.

I was showered with value appreciation, kv south hub center, tourist attraction, near klia.

Wondering 900k is worth all these positive speculations

I am generally looking for landed property. For own stay maybe, with valuation to resell if moving away.

Thanks for all the replies. Really appreciate them.

if really wanna stay at gamuda cove, have to give up the thought of working in KL or PJ.
the amount of time spend on travel will really kill us.

subang, cyberjaya, sepang will be more preferable working location.

Compared to driving alongside hundreds of cars in a jam, of course it’s relaxing.

With 900k... Better look for Puchong, Bandar Kinrara, Cyberjaya...
Gamuda cove so expensive with leasehold title and built at swampy area.... The cost to built infrastructure is cost into property price... Which is not attractive and value to money...

relaxing....different aromas of perfumes and body odours....

really put you in ultimate sensation of senses.

if you are not standing (cyber is one of the 1st 2 stops, seats almost guaranteed), you are sandwiched almost shoulder to shoulder with other seated person. metal chairs, not reclining seat, constant have to look out for elderly or handicapped persons if they are on board otherwise you will be labelled as selfish person.....for not given seat away, the repeated ads and jinga that drive you nut,

feel like in nirvana already.

but agreed, mrt is better than driving......but not have to spend 30mins drive n park and another 45mins catching mrt.
