With 900k... Better look for Puchong, Bandar Kinrara, Cyberjaya...
Gamuda cove so expensive with leasehold title and built at swampy area.... The cost to built infrastructure is cost into property price... Which is not attractive and value to money...

Take Sunway City...it takes more than 20 years to successful like today...

Base on their proposed plan, they will provide shuttle bus from KLIA to the township as well. In order to make the township self-sustainable, they need to diversify the spending within the township.
