parking. seem promissing. just the timeline seems to far way ahead. but with the new interchange coming up, + 1 connection to cyberjaya would be great. but for this near future, only new interchange coming up soon would be the Serenia City interchange, sometime this year i reckon hmm.gif

Im staying nearby the project site. Just beside Paya Indah wetland and Kampung Selangor Dredging. Got few house area there which i believe price is still reasonable.. ie : 845sqft freehold aparment for 180k-210k... apartment topaz

It's just an alternative from BSP Elite access and south bound WCE.
Initially(at least for the first few years), I suspect the traffic volume wont be heavy.
So..not much of a concern there .

Ei...I thought eventually tolls is going away under Pakatan hahaha...Plus is going to lose renevue eventually anyway.

If dont like traffic, need to stay far far away. hahaha
This area is near KLIA and Cyberjaya..there will always be traffic especially at the Elite interchange

Gamuda Cove is going to be strata title (based on my source)
U can tell also from their website e.g. communal living, which typically is strata title.

Nt 2 say dislike traffic but do u like 2 stay in a township where lots of cars pass thru everyday? Just like d kewajipan interchnge at kesas/sj/usj
