parking. seem promissing. just the timeline seems to far way ahead. but with the new interchange coming up, + 1 connection to cyberjaya would be great. but for this near future, only new interchange coming up soon would be the Serenia City interchange, sometime this year i reckon

Im staying nearby the project site. Just beside Paya Indah wetland and Kampung Selangor Dredging. Got few house area there which i believe price is still reasonable.. ie : 845sqft freehold aparment for 180k-210k... apartment topaz
