Shud compare serenia amani wth keranji at greenwoods- 20x70 (536k) v 20x65 (480k)- keranji kena bbb habis 100+ units within 1 day (didn open all units 4 sale), amani 80% bbb within 3 days (all units open 4 sale)

If keep on 130km/h I think less than 30 minutes.
