any latest news of this? Will be there any highway interchange to this area since ELITE highway is just beside this area. Or MEX2?

i manage to ask someone who working on this gamuda cove project, he mentioned the gamuda cove project will be expected to be launched appx 20 years later Just wondering about the dengkil interchange at mex2.

wow..so the rumours is true... i just want to know is there any dengkil interchange at mex2 or elite highway? n where is it? now i can see the highway development in front of uitm dengkil and cyber south area... and somewhere nearby jalan dengkil-banting

Im staying nearby the project site. Just beside Paya Indah wetland and Kampung Selangor Dredging. Got few house area there which i believe price is still reasonable.. ie : 845sqft freehold aparment for 180k-210k... apartment topaz

latest update : interchange might completed in march-mei 2019. No only for show house but for the opening of discovery park. Next will be theme park followed by the completion of phase 1 on 2021

First phase i heard around 670k++ and above.

The developer (in this case Gamuda) need to ensure the quality of the property. Got lot of lombong timah & paya there. I live just nearby this project in Taman Arked beside Paya Indah Wetland & Kg Selangor Dredging. Some houses ada crack and tanah mendap. The developer previously was OIB.

One of old timer makcik (since 1970++) staying in Selangor Dredging did told me.. "We all banyak duit pun tak beli itu rumah Taman Arked"

Hopefully Gamuda got his own standard of quality that proves them is Premium Class of Developer.

Currently this paya indah wetland can be accessed from Jalan Dengkil-Banting and all Gamuda lorries are brutally using that particular road passing by through Jalan Arked Perdana. Hopefully Gamuda can open the access from Gamuda Cove to Jalan Dengkil-Banting asap as per their masterplan map. I believe the next upcoming WCE highway banting interchange will be somewhere nearby bukit mahkota, banting. Around 15 mins drive from paya indah wetlands

Looking at their plan. They will have access to paya indah wetland. But the question is are the upcoming ‘discovery wetland’ will be using the current entrance of paya indah wetland beside the PLKN?

i heard there will be future alignment between GC and Saujana Putra, Rimbayu etc via Tanjung Dua Belas Interchange @ SKVE Highway
