if not mistaken... sunsuria first phase landed... 20x70... 690k onwards... IOI project nearby there first phase... i think similar size also 600k++ onwards....

are they in the same area? meaning all within under 5kms to each others? all are LH?

when sunsuria launched their 690k? 1 yr ago or 2yrs ago?

i think last year official launched only... the ioi project also almost similar timing.... sunsuria one for sure freehold.... but the ioi one not sure.... should be freehold also.... quite near to each others....

in term of direct radius... all these should be within 5km to each others....
