Would like to understand the selling point of this project. Seems price is 900k so expensive at this isolated leasehold terrace house. I could not think of any right now except near to KLIA. Anyone can share?
*
If you believe putrajaya will ever be a quarter as busy as KL then there is a so called future bet. If not then its just another leasehold at sankala. Might as well buy FH in Putrajaya or cyberjaya. These houses are expensive for two reasons, 1 the highway entrance for both construction cost and sub lease land from Elite, 2 the state charge extra overhead tax for laying infra into this sankala. If you can afford 900k, why torture yourself there.

Rimbayu has exits to nearby highways, no?  Still got traffic issues?
*
they are piggybacking other taman's exit, itself is a land lock

And then the house owner pay for all these expensive soil management instead of the house itself. same like serene at kelana.

About the location, just share my opinion...10 years++ ago, many peoples said Setia Alam very very far, very ulu ulu place. The Fly over from NKVE enter to Setia Alam not yet ready, go to visit the Setia Alam sales office must go to Klang then only can visit, not worth it to buy so far away from KL.

But you see now, so many peoples are staying until jam like crazy.

Most of them has root from Klang and being de factor real township development for klangnite 30 years ago.

Hi all. I'm considering either Gamuda Cove or 257 at the moment - was quite surprised that the price difference for a typical 4bedroom layout is not that much different.

I was leaning towards Levane but saw some folks raise concerns about the nearby factory/uncertainty over what may come up in the surrounding area. For Cove, I like the idea of an integrated neighbourhood with amenities, although it might take some years before everything is fully ready.

Anyone in the same boat?
*
My cousin went through the same and pick 257 for sustainability.

Rimbayu as a whole + BSP are very high dense. So she think it will has little risk for services to thrive in the future and specifically cater to resident. Worst case worst they can piggyback on KK.

Cove is not only smaller in size but 1/3 is non resident. The successfulness greatly depends on its business district and even so, business may orientate towards non resident. Cyber is of no help as itself is half a ghost town and likely to be so in the near future.

That's the reason why Cove is not built for 100% purely residences, it also target tourism so that can bring different peoples in to the township's commercial activities.
As you can see the above posts, Tesla choose Gamuda Cove for the installation of the Super Charges and so many Tesla destination chargers, why they didn't choose to install in the matured township nearby for eg. Bandar Saujana Putra? Gamuda 257, Kota Kemuning?
*
You just repeat her points... btw, only kk is considered matured.
