2. That place originally was nice, nowdays its a run down. 6pm already cannot go in. besides the crocs + hyppo nothing much to shout about. the artist impression pics are 90% different
eitherway, it can be nice if it's well kept/ maintained + money poured into maintenance.

3. On another note, I wonder will they be a direct access road to that Paya Indah Wetland as seen on map(next to the land plot)

4. One would compare to cyberSouth. To me. if the access road crosses ELITE higway, passes by CyberSouth + interchange to MEX2, that would be awesome for folks around this area

sorry to confuse you. Currently to go to cyberjaya you have to enter the Putrajaya/Cyberjaya exit which will be after the Dengkil R&R

remember bandar lestari putra + tmn equine park. last time got sampah smell. now
