Intel's i5 & i3 will always outsell AMD's CPU no matter how good is the price/performance ratio of AMD's CPU
just look at the major prebuilt PC/laptop brands like Dell, HP and the rest, 90% of their products are still based on Intel CPUs
The Blues already heavily dyed in general public's brain, Red still has a lot of catching up to do
General users will still prefer the blues, whereas only PC enthusiasts like us will look into the price/performance ratio, which is a shrinking population in this age of mobile devices.
Hopefully the upcoming Surface laptop may turn things round a bit
Also I wonder why AMD never made a proper competitor to Intel's performance laptop chips? A CPU with performance more comparable to the 9300H/9750H would have been really good IMHO

You might want to look at the B450 Pro4/Steel Legend if you are on a budget, or the MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX if you are willing to spend a bit more for better VRMs
Yeah. I think to upgrade on AIO. Cooler master ML 240r rgb is good? But I do read some people said AIO cooler when warranty already finished, the hose of the cooling will leak. Is that true? Or I just should upgrade to air cooler recommend by herbal tea and hashtag?
Might as just well save the money and get something like this:
In addition, due to patents from Asetek (a very well known OEM for AIO liquid cooling), very few brands can actually improve the design without ending up with a lawsuit from Asetek (Cooler Master was involved in a lawsuit from Asetek before). However there is some exception, such as the Swiftech H360X3:

The only things that AIOs have the upper hand are:
1. RAM compatibility (some tall air coolers may not have enough clearance for some tall RAMs) 2. Weight - air coolers tend to be very heavy, and might bend the motherboard (the bending issue can be mostly solved by properly mounting the cooler)
