For me also same I’m using that number more than 25 years still no VoLTE got it. They advice me to use VoLTE certified phones I answer them as I’m using S21 and reset all the shits...
they finally advice me to change Sim 😬😒

Previously you number activated Volte with Note10+ now switch to S21 cant use VoLTE?

I’m using iPhone 7 Plus so they enabled
That Note10+ was my sim that I moved from yellow guy so it’s new sim🤞🏼 And it’s work on Note 9 note 10+ And newer S21 Ultra but I meant my dad sim he really using for work purposes he always complain me about voice call issues and keep switching to 3G or 2G when you being using 4G
So maxis staff calling to change sim really strange 😬

That change sim message is more unconvincing I think their staffs are not well educated properly. Even my Digi sim that from 2014 works well with VoLTE

I am using xr and volte enable but when I changed to 6s, no volte because 6s at that time doesnt support volte (not in maxis list)

No harm to try .. they have those kiosk, can change sim in a flash.
Volte is a decade old technology, if it is a nanosim is considered newer than volte tech ... haha

I saw that you are using P40 which on their list also.
If your plan is valid then definitely their problem ...

recently slot in a maxis SIM card into an iPhone 7( almost a week) and still no volte

Anything I can try to have maxis enable volte(supplementary line, principal line already got volte)

If your principal and supp line already have volte then whats the issue?

Seems like Maxis somehow mess up somewhere again ... qualified plan, qualified device, qualified firmware still no VoLTE activated.
What did they tell you? SIM issue? Seems like this is the new "excuse" ... after all explanations failed hehehe ... no mention on their website need to change sim to enjoy VoLTE though, kinda weak excuse if you ask me ...

Maybe, not sure about it. I have called maxis and the staff said that everything is enabled, maybe check with my other line later.

Main line using note 10 doesn't have volte as well, that is so damn weird

Everytime they keep saying whenever I call or chat is “ you have to use maxis certified phones, you have updated your firmware , you have to throw phone “ lol they keep repeating this same excuses again n again , or sometimes they say we don’t have setting to enable VoLTE 😬😬 now it’s New excuses as Change your sim to enable VoLTE 🚶🏽🚶🏽
Maxis been shit now few years to be honest

I’m using iPhone 7 Plus and I’m supplementary line user and yes I can get VoLTE from 4th Nov 2020 after keep calling n forcing maxis and principal lines after updating phone software ( Note10+) both gets VoLTE after phone boot after updating. But my another principal my dad using ( I talking about this yesterday also) not enable VoLTE till now 🤞🏼

Didn’t try contacting maxis yet(probably a waste of time?) and I’ve just slot in the SIM card a week ago into an iPhone 7, previously it was in xiaomi redmi 5 plus

should I try Mcmc?

Try your luck dude. But maxis never been idea to implement VoLTE only due to Jendela program they rushed and launch VoLTE

I have total 5 lines under Maxis One Prime. I just called Maxis to complain.

I said one of my subline already have VoLTE on Mi10 and why others 4 don't have (on Mi10 and Z Fold 2) ? The CS given excuse - will activate in batches (same old story). All will activated by end of this year.
