nope, setting is there, but its not working

yup, and can do a simple test to verify
just make a voice call and see if the connection drops down from 4G to 3G or not.
if it drops down, then VoLTE is not enabled

now on iOS 14.1 and maxis carrier profile 43.0
VoLTE seems still working

i have one household member with maxis multisim, tested both iPhone using multisim and VoLTE not working

seems as stated by forumer above, multisim VoLTE not working

What plan are you using now?

My iphone 11 i turn on VOLTE but it doesnt show any indicator

But when i make a call out, my 4G still staying there and still can receive whatsapp, or browse internet/facebook (using louadspeaker to answer phone)

If your principal and supp line already have volte then whats the issue?

Have you updated firmware and enable Volte on the phone?

Seems like Maxis somehow mess up somewhere again ... qualified plan, qualified device, qualified firmware still no VoLTE activated.
What did they tell you? SIM issue? Seems like this is the new "excuse" ... after all explanations failed hehehe ... no mention on their website need to change sim to enjoy VoLTE though, kinda weak excuse if you ask me ...

I’m using iPhone 7 Plus and I’m supplementary line user and yes I can get VoLTE from 4th Nov 2020 after keep calling n forcing maxis and principal lines after updating phone software ( Note10+) both gets VoLTE after phone boot after updating. But my another principal my dad using ( I talking about this yesterday also) not enable VoLTE till now 🤞🏼

Unless your contract or package plan got indicate VoLTE is part of the service you pay for ...
Complaining to mcmc about VoLTE basically telling them you dun get the freebie others are getting ...

I figure something very funny today when helping my friend to enable VoLTE on his iPhone as he is also complaining why he can't get VoLTE. Apparently he was on VoLTE all along and he doesn't know it!!!

May I know when you put the sim into your iPHone, how do you know you do not have VoLTE?

according to the pace maxis is taking, their users will have no call access by end of 2021

The only update I check is software update on the phone.
Besides that what else method can we use to search?
