I think until my Note+ has Volte i will check regularly hahaha

I really expected that both Note10+ and Note9 will gain VoLTE support from Maxis with One Ui3.0 update 😔

Check see got firmware update or not ... Samsung needs to update firmware to activate VoLTE.

As shared by others in this forum, the Volte for Maxis turns on after firmware update.

Nope!! my S10e with latest Dec security update, under hotlink postpaid, still no VoLTE after phone restart.
According maxis CS yesterday, they have enable VoLTE for all eliginble plan from 1st Dec. They keep asking me to enable it under network setting, but i cant find "enable VoLTE"...they said i do not enable it.
i screenshot my phone network setting & andriod version, send to customercare@maxis.com.my for their further investigation

Again n again they proving that their staff is idiot Samsung ui doesn’t have any option to enable VoLTE it’s should be enable by itself by detecting your sim and firmware
only iPhone vivo Huawei has option to enable VoLTE

i actually not really sure whether they have enable volte for my account, i asked maxis CS to specifically check for me few times, one ask me to wait till end of Dec, one said only for iphone, one said batch by batch, the latest one said maxis already enable volte for all eligible account since 1st Dec, non of them can exactly answer me is my account already enable. However, they have 1 thing in common, they said i do not enable it in phone setting.

Best way to check is if you colleague / relatives iphone try to put your sim on it and try your luck that’s only way to find it

I just enable mine today, IPhone 12 Pro Max. Without Volte 4G drop to 3G during call, with Volte on remain 4g 😊
