 Maxis VoLTE, When will maxis having this features?

anyone with S10e seeing VoLTE enable?
my S10e already got Nov security patch, but still not seeing volte enable

there are 2 version from maxis CS, 1 said at the moment, VoLTE only support for iphone, android will have to wait until end of 2020 or beginning of 2021.
the other one said, they are migrating customer data batch by batch, those who data not migrated yet cannot get VoLTE, they have no idea when the migration will complete

already restart few times, still no way for me to enable VoLTE. i confirm i have the Nov SP, have IMS, XCAP & Maxis Internet at Access Point, within 4G coverage area, thats why i call maxis CS to find out why, seems like they also not sure what is the issue. they said they can't manually switch ON anything, is system default. the other maxis CS i called, she is like looking for answer from a manual, still cant give me satisfy answer.

I am using Hotlink postpaid plan, but still have not got VoLTE although my phone is supported sad.gif . there are different version from maxis CS bangwall.gif , 1st version: VoLTE only for iphone at the moment, android will be later; 2nd version: Hotlink customer will only enjoy VoLTE end of Dec2020 or beginning of 2021, last version: maxis will enable batch by batch, ask me to continue stay tuned from time to time as it will come to me soon. So, what can i say

how to make a complaint or escalation to higher level in maxis? i dont think it will make any different if we keep expressing our dissastifaction here or to their CS. i am not sure if their management ever reviewed the complaint and customer feedback. i am facing slow indoor 4G download speed since Nov, everytime when i follow up my case via twitter, the std reply i got is "Hi, we truly understand on your concern. As of now, your case CXXXXXX is still under investigation with our relevant team. Rest assured we will DM you once feedback available"

Nope!! my S10e with latest Dec security update, under hotlink postpaid, still no VoLTE after phone restart.
According maxis CS yesterday, they have enable VoLTE for all eliginble plan from 1st Dec. They keep asking me to enable it under network setting, but i cant find "enable VoLTE"...they said i do not enable it.
i screenshot my phone network setting & andriod version, send to customercare@maxis.com.my for their further investigation

i actually not really sure whether they have enable volte for my account, i asked maxis CS to specifically check for me few times, one ask me to wait till end of Dec, one said only for iphone, one said batch by batch, the latest one said maxis already enable volte for all eligible account since 1st Dec, non of them can exactly answer me is my account already enable. However, they have 1 thing in common, they said i do not enable it in phone setting.

i have Dec security update, firmware version G970FXXS9DTK9, also matched with Sammobile website, i am sure the firmware is the latest. haven’t had chance to test my sim with iphone.

fortunately, few days later after receive feedback from maxis, my VoLTE is activated.
