Lodged complain to MCMC and they asked me to contact their cs instead

but I've just noticed that volte is activated after 8 months since I 1st complained to mcmc

8 months is an awful long time to wait but nevertheless you finally got your VoLTE activated.

Can you still swap the primary and secondary profiles in your MultiSIM eg change the primary device to secondary and change the secondary device to primary after the VoLTE activation?

Eg if your primary device is an iPhone XS and you wanna make your backup/secondary iPhone X as the new primary device (and changing the iPhone XS to secondary device)

Recently, my whatapp/wechat have no internet connection randomly and resolved if i switch to 3G to 4G.

Is that facing this problem?

When I have no 4G connection outside (for example when I want to use MySejahtera app) then I activate/deactivate Flight Mode.

But having said that the 4G data for Maxis has been terrible for quite some time already, based on the comments all over the forum ranting.gif

Maybe this is only happen to Multisim user (Non-VOLTE activated )

Same here. MultiSIM user but VoLTE still not activated. I wonder if this is the cause of my bad 4G data... sad.gif

I am also a multi sim user. I got it activated few months back. You need to call Maxis CS and select Network department. This is what I did and the guy in Network department activated for me immediately.

Don't speak to CS. They gave me a standard response that it will be activated in stages. But when I spoke to Network department, the guy activated for me immediately.

I had similar issues. It is due to APN. Add the Maxis4G APN. The current Maxis Internet (unet) APN seems to have this issue. You can google Maxis4G APN.

Try to add the Maxis4G APN and it should resolve the issue. Current Maxis Internet (unet) APN seems to be causing this issue.
