All my 3 phones already enabled including the very old Note8.

What phones you all are using that without VoLTE still?

If it is on their website but not enabled then can screw them .. if not on the website i don't think it will happen ...

i am using Sony Xperia 1ii, still no VOLTE, hate this damn maxis. Even the Xperia 1iii is out yet still no support

damn Hotlink prepaid, my wife called me and my phone didn't fallback to 3G from 4G and the call went to the voicemall...

even I dial back also shows Dialing.... only dial for 2nd time and the phone only able to fallback to 3G and dial out!

My POCO F1 supports VoLTE, when MAXIS and CELECOM supports their prepaid users?
now singapore and HK already talking about 5G and here still no VoLTE and somemore made my calls failed!

Not so popular phone in market... unfortunate minority I guess. Faster to buy new phone then wait for Sony.

I experience more call fails on volte than 3g, better know what you are wishing for ...

as per my post #996..ive deactivated volte on my wife's android. kept complaining bad call quality & dropped calls.

Its like given VoLTE but as good or worse than not having the VoLTE. What utter rubbish from Maxis

It was quite poor in the beginning but i think it gets better, though not perfect, i don't call all the time but i also get drop call for 3G last time therefore i can't 100% sure is VoLTE having issue or overall the coverage is poor at my place.

If you disable the volte now, next year you will have to enable it anyway since Malaysia shutting down 3G ... 2G call will be worst.

If you don't get VoLTE due to your phone manufacturer refuses to support Maxis VoLTE, then is time to browse for new phone or port to new operator ...

i do understand da situation whn marehsia fully shuts off 3G..
till then..i will stick to disabling volte on my wife's phone.

im still not getting volte..bcoz im on multisim..my phone currently fully supports volte.

porting out to other telco..not at da moment..

finally..volte is activated on my multisim number..

i called up maxis earlier today..asking when will multisim user will have volte.. it was not easy..

after waiting for quite some time..around 20mins i was on hold.. i was transferred to "network" dept. here they inquired which/what device im using.. then told me to wait within 24hrs for activation.

after the call..i restarted my samsung..pops out volte..
guess im lucky today..

will see how good/bad volte is..
if not good.. will force close volte.

Congrats that you finally managed to get VoLTE activated. VoLTE is actually suppose to improve our mobile experience which is a good thing but judging the way Maxis is handling their VoLTE service, it appears to be bad for some users. Depending on the smartphone you are using, its easier just to hit the VoLTE toggle on/off option in your settings to turn it off. Good luck and all the best.

I'm still waiting forever, made a complain to mcmc but still same.

i dont know bout other users..but my samsung no button to toggle on/off volte..

I just called Maxis and spoke to their Network department. The guy in the Network department activated my VoLTE immediately... all in less than 10 minutes. Mine is multisim account.

So, the key is ask and select "Technical and Network" department. Don't speak to the customer service.. their standard reply will be "VoLTE will be activated in stages. Please wait"

Heard from my friend once you have VoLTE activated. You no longer able to swap between primary and other mism like before.

No issues switching for me. I have Maxis and Celcom in my device.

Mine is a company Biz package, and just received it last week. Looks like they are rolling it out further now
