I had 1 transaction 1500u 'successful', FPX also successful but when it flipped to the next page- it was unsuccessful when I clicked 'selesai'.
No $$ deducted from MBB & my total is correct. I checked email- it stated 'DEBIT FAILED EXCEPTION HANDLING'.

Hmm, mine is payment went through, but PNB says unit still under processing. Dunno what that means. But then RM500 is ikan bilis to them, they can always zerorize this amount at the end of the day, or draw from their contingency reserved units (if they have any) to balance the account.

Hope they will do that, instead of refunding the money to me which will take dunno how long and paperwork.

Looks like more people successful buying...like this will be very difficult to top up in future...

depends on luck.

Agent banks hard to top up because bank staffs only have time to try a few times for you, the online portal at least you can try many times if you have time.

But the chance of getting "big" units like 10k, 5K at one go may be limited in future.

well, if can't top up , then I will put money into loan account already or FD.

Even after updating personal data including my mobile no, still cannot register at myasnb. Maybe have to wait till they formally release this platform.

Had a quick read on their web.

Said that we are liable to charges and fees incurred in the transaction. Thought it is free.

Or a cover-all clause they put in for later if they need to start charging?

managed to topup rm100 to asm after ~ 10 attempts.. my hit rate is like 10% even for rm100.

where u go to update the info?

do u confirm with that officer that they did it correctly?

I believe they very seldom update customer info, wonder will they make mistake when request to update personal detail.

I see got phone no and mobile hp no in the form, which 1 u update?


do u see your hp no appear when u try to register for asnb online portal?

Probably. They are using a network that has some charges so they're probably absorbing the charges right now. In the future who knows if they'll continue to absorb the transaction charges.

I kinda agree, it's a cover-all clause for the future.

Yeah...I think in future hard to get big big units at one go with so many can online rebut, and even can bypass the bank agents...

Maybe on ex-dividend date maybe still can get since many withdraw

maybe for beta it's free for their staff. who knows later. but I dun mind paying some charges provided it's a successful topup

If this info spread even further...
Then its gonna be hard to get units...

But good thing about it, less people trying at branch.. And we don't needs to face the teller except for update passbook...
