what I know all units will be transferred to next of kin.

even if they don't have account, ASNB will open one

tried few more times just now, and received another message, something like "the transaction to be completed once the amount has been deducted/transferred from your bank account".

Yes, there's risk of your kids not getting the amount.. But since it's on ex dividend date.. Its minimized...

Can we tell them that we top-up via online ASNB portal?

Thanks for the tips. Most of us will have multiple transactions of RM 100 deposit in our ASNB. brows.gif

If we top up ASNB in ASNB office or agent book, definitely the passbook is updated on the spot. But, this fact is not applicable, if we perform online top-up.

The MyASNB Portal operational hours :

i.You can access to your MyASNB Portal account information 24 hours a day, 7 times a week.
ii.However, you are only allowed to perform transactions for fixed price funds from Sunday – Friday (7am to 6.30pm) and variable price funds from Sunday – Friday (7am-4pm) only.

Additional investment not available on Saturday and on Public Holidays.
