Really weird as last year got one after so long..

so the only way to know if there is availability is to go ti asnb branch?

The ASNB agent would be able to tell you if there are any units at the time you ask.

But if you already have an account, it might be easier to just try MyASNB with whichever amounts you intend to purchase on random intervals throughout 9am - 5pm

I got last year after I request for it lol. We can request for it haha.

And but we must know first when they distribute only then we can request.

Basically adding asbn is like ‘main tikam’.

Both at asbn counter and MyASBN online, u have to tell/enter ur desire amount and try...if successful u proceed with payment, otherwise try again and again till u get..

My advise, try first with RM100 at MyASBN, and get use with this process...then u can try bigger amount as your wish..

ASNB is low risk investment...as of now, for non-bumi fixed-price funds, 6% is the floor return...no need to monitor fund price or NAV...peace of mind

if u feel could afford higher risk...put half in ASBN and half in higher risk fund...but again depending your age...older u are, avoid high risk investment..

i went to agent bank to open account but they told me no more quota for fixed price unit. but the banker told me i can purchase from ASNB unit gerakan.

is it high chance to purchase fixed price unit from ASNB unit gerakan? how many and what kind of fund can i purchase?

Yes. Someone here managed to open via asnb unit bergerak.. For location, please visit their website & see the date...

Or u can visit asnb branch too.. RM 100 for opening account

yesterday i wen to affin bank but near 3pm the agent ask me to come back next day morning 930 since my mykad unreadable

so today went to renew mykad, then starigh go ASNB branch at 1pm, the guard terus told me no more fixed price unit. so i went to maybank agen.

So best luck, tml morning i go affin bank or straight go to ASNB unit bergerak?

i used to get same dialogue from guard/reception staff..but i just tell them...i;m simply want to trying my luck
