Hi. Whats the best rate loan for asb ya? So far i read in this thread,the best rate is at 4.85% at cimb. Couldnt find the forummer. Sigh

Guys. I finally manage to open account for 1Malaysia. Unfortunately I'm only able to put rm100 as I'm told it is full. They told me I need to check everyday to see got quota or not. My questions is where can I do this? From myasnb website can?

ASW would be my top choice.. But its kinda hard to open.. Can try luck...

Yes MyASBN...make sure have registered ur phone number with MyASBN and u have active online banking with TAC/OTP number registered.

MyASNB cannot check for availability units in real time. Only ASNB branches.

You can only buy online real time by simply keying any digit you want. You cannot check availability.

Guys, i received all quotation and indicative bank loan interest, for study option of re-finance property to invest in ASBN.

Below is the details Excel spreadsheet, for "300k re-finance loan @ 10 years repayment" vs "force saving the same amount of loan installment without re-finance"

I did not see much difference in earning...and the risk factors is higher...

i have cancel my re-finance application today, and decided to do force saving every month.

hope this could gives us some idea about "investing in ASBN by property re-financing"

AS1M statement for ending Sept 2017 emailed today by ASNB.

asw statement not even receive physically or email... waaaalaoaoa

You mean they usually don't give statement for ASW?

edit: Still new haha
