If server want to crash, it will crash. They got to fix it.

if they cannot fix it. they will change the code to disallow customer to keep trying.

may be limit how many time to invest in 1 account a day.

By the way, I'm only topping up ASW. The reason, too much in ASM already. Will only move current extras. Retired, no regular income. Just a bit to top up only.

Today I tried ASM 100- 1x only to test the system.

Previously when server crash for the branch & agents,
It's take around 2hours to solve it...

So if now if that were to happen, assume around 2 hours too

i think they should limit to one transaction per day. else people will just abuse this online top up system and they will ban soon

just need proper system like maybank2u. then no issue.

I tried to open the online ac but system does not know my mobile no. I have updated my personal data months ago via email with their KL office. Later they even sent to me the 2017 calender.

Called up the local ASNB office. A staff checked my account and stated my address is still my old Perak address! Now I wonder how I still managed to get the calender in Sarawak! Weird system.

Now I will have to go to town to ASNB office to update my data again.

That staff told me they have not announced the online platform yet and so ..... Ha.

Each topup attempt requires a sms TAC.. not sure is it free for ASNB to send the sms or else with many people trying multiple clicks it will cost them $$.
Tried a few times all failed.

people using maybank2u to do fund transfer and they will do whenever need it.

But, for this ASNB is free (if i understood correctly) to top up.

If got 100++ kiapsu ppl at the same time keep trying , then it will have problem.

need to deduct money even it is no unit and need tac?

ASB has yet to migrate to the new system yet. Last one, biggest one.

For those wanting to try, try small amount each time. Today my ASW top up range from 100- 1000 x2x, 1200 x1. Must be very patience and wait for availability. Good luck for those trying.
Before it crash, I should try my BEST to lock in more.
