if WiFi/LAN gave u same results then it must be TM issue.

try call 100 for reset port, if still the same shit then ask them send guy to check your area & fibre.

Finally just got the long awaited TM's SMS regarding the free upgrade from 30-50Mbps Among the earliest in Kedah who received the upgrade perhaps..Alor Setar to be exact...

anyone from Kelantan Terengganu and Pahang got the upgrade....no news from this region yet?>

I got internal info. Currently one department handle the upgrade process. If there are many complaints from the customer about delay in upgrade, they'll ask other TMPoint nationwide to assist them. So, should we complain?

Thanks mate. Looking at the thread here. Most of the users who got their upgrade were from 30mbps users to 50mbps.

50-100 mbps progression seems slow.

I also didnt get yet. But i think the reason it is slow because moving from 50-100 may require new equipment which require them to send their contractor to customer premises. Whereas 30 to 50 does not need anything at all.

1.32 JB (Celcom Axiata) ping 12 ms + not stable but better than 60.5x
60.51 JB (Celcom Axiata) ping 12 ms + not stable around 46~47
60.53 JB (Celcom Axiata) ping 12 ms + not stable around 46~47

118.100 Bandar Seri Begawan (Progesif Cellular Sdn Bhd) ping 49 ms + 47~49 DL if try test on SG/JB/KL server ping can hit 3 digits.

previously 118.1xx is pretty stable but i'm not sure y connected to Brunei.

if i'm using speedtest on my hp, celcom axiata gave me 1xx~2xx ping.

speedtest on my hp always choose SG ViewQwest Sdn Bhd as the best server but offered the lowest ping 23 ms & can't achieve stable DL speed.

my upload pretty consistent around 20 Mbps.
