Seem like we need someone to sue TM on this .PM announced it on Budget 2016 ,to offer 2x speed upgrade from 10-20mbps example,but TM choose to ignore it

Same message here, I thought we need to accept some sort of confirmation for speed upgrade like previously?

Maybe second batch no need.
Just wait for AUTO upgrade.
Because we subscribed on promotion free speed upgrade campaign.
So confirm will get the free speed upgrade.

Nope, no upgrade yet, no sms, no email. So I DIY my own.

new subscriber on February, 30mbps，their adv say we will get free upgrade if subscribe before 28 feb， but what is this means， jumbo pack or webe shit？

You stay in landed house or high rise? Most of the high rise building VDSL wont get the speed upgrade as TM claim they are unable to provide more than 30Mbps with VDSL.

I am also still waiting for the vip5 to vip10 upgrade...stated by june2017 but have yet to receive any sms...will have to keep on waiting till june i guess...
