i just got upgraded from VIP to advance 30,
first you will get email about hypetv upgrade package
then you get email on internet upgrade.

for my case, i dont see speed difference , still 10/10 speed
so i complaint , until TM send engineer to my house and found my router do not support the new speed have to switch router.

by i finally resolve it with firmware upgrade of my Dlink router

whats so special about Unifibiz?

If one day TM want to impose the quota, then biz package will be excluded since from the first day launch of the package, they clearly stated in the TnC that biz package are unlimited. Unlike VIP where it stated that quota will be imposed in the future (IF). That's why in the early day of Unifi, there are quite number of users that are willing to subscribe for Biz package because of unlimited term in the TnC.

I would really consider terminating since u are paying way more than other people atm. TM wont reduce your bill price even when u got your speed upgrade, thats for sure.

Yes i agree but wasn't sure if I've renew my contract in between plus June17 just around the corner so better for me to wait for my surprise. I'm not free to go to terminate & reapply my unifi service

For those who are currently on 50Mbps, the free upgrade to 100Mbps will also get 100Mbps upload speed?

Unfortunately no, it'll be 100/50 mbps.

just received a SMS from TM. i'm upgraded. currently on 30mbps. can't wait to leave work.

I feel you. My plan was upgraded too from 5mbps to 10mbps. Dead happy too although this was my connection speed in Singapore 5 years ago.

Their sms a bit slow.
They sms me on the upgrade on Monday (17/4) evening but my line was upgraded on Friday (14/4) morning.
